It always starts out great...

Happy New Year to all of you,

The new year can bring us such hope, achievement,  excitment, anticipation, and even despair.
As 2014 is now in front of me, or us, it must be thought as a partner...a compatible partner. One you can converse with, debate with, even negotiate with.
Why?
It all starts out great but without that constant communication with oneself, you will lose the goal, the excitement and maintain the despair.
When we set goals, when we start anew, let's remember that there is an outcome. However, this outcome is not an end but a beginning to a lifestyle.
My daughter is a personal trainer (fit4lifebody@gmail.com) who offers achievement,  goals with excitement, anticipation,  and even despair. She has lived all of these emotions (www.kaidensmommie.blogspot.com) as we all have and we should live these emotions.
Why?
We need to communicate these emotions to our self in order to remain at our best. Even during despair, talk it out, with someone or with your self...your soul.
My new year has brought me to a place I have purposely been traveling. In my mind, I have been searching for peace within myself and with that a partner to share our life.
Not always an easy venture. I mean working on yourself is one trip. One of achievement,  hope, trials, and despair at times. But it's a goal; good,  bad, and at times ugly with myself.
After, finding my peace within me...and that will remain an ongoing life effort, I have met my match! I know, so exciting, so much greatness, so much compatibility with communication! I am truly blessed at this time to have met, people and accept myself as an individual.
