What's It Going To Take?

Come on people, what's it going to take to resolve our sorrows, to resolve our communications we so lack, to resolve to make peace, to come to AN AGREEMENT????
I'm inside my cocoon watching the "important" people take charge. Where's that an agreement? What I see is a circus, a show, a race around the pole that produces nothing!  What we need is communication, spoken clearly by the warden in Cool Hand Luke. But not a one way road of communication, no no no. We need something right, magical even, over powering for ALL. What's it going to take to come together, like the Beatles sang!
Now, I'm a voicetrust person. However, as I age, I so know how to think before I speak, not like when I was young and lame, okay some days I'm still lame! My voice is the voice of those who are timid, afraid, or lack the proper words because it is not the allowance we afford. They say, don't hurt their feelings, okay, I'm sensitive as well, at times, they say we can't say that, they say let them lead us regardless of where we end up!!  Who the hell is "They?"  Because "they" don't collaborate and come to a consensus and that's how you resolve. CONSENSUS.
So now I ask you, do we really know how to use this noun for all the good people?
"A consensus of opinion among judges," as in agreement, harmony, concurrence, accord, unity, unanimity, solidarity, these are what I do not see among businesses, among people who NEED to COLLABORATE for the good of the product.
What's it going to take? Back off and listen, I do and I know sometimes it's not easy because you have so much to say, so much to add to the pot of "good ideas", but hold on. 
If you are a person who is in charge of one or many, let the people speak! Add this to the pros and cons list and as a TEAM collaborate and come to a consensus.
That's what it takes, I know because I've seen it, not consistently, but that's why I'm blogging this topic.
